Hartford/Humboldt Y-Kids
Our Elementary Before and After School Program offers daily busing to our KARE program from Humboldt. KARE has wonderful activities such as; arts and crafts, science experiments, STEM projects, gross motor activities, fine motor activities, sensory and many more. KARE also offers homework help for students with busy schedules.
2025-2026 Before and After School Program
Our before school program starts as early at 7am in the KARE room. The staff will escort the children to the cafeteria for breakfast around 7:45 and they will be released to their classrooms at 8am.
Our after-school program starts as soon as the bells rings for school to be let out, about 3:25. The kiddos will enjoy a snack and then either a prepared activity or some outside play before pick up. Our after-school program ends at 6pm each weeknight.
We will not be discounting for shortened weeks due to holidays, aside from Christmas, because we do not charge for early releases.
If the school clothes due to weather, we will also be closed. If the weather takes a turn at the end of the day we may also close. We will give parents a call and or email them if this would happen.
Payments will be pulled the Friday before the start of a new sessions. Sessions are 2 weeks long.
